2 slices of country bread or rustic sourdough
1 tablespoon butter
1 banana, sliced
4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
2 slices of fresh goat cheese (queso fresco de cabra)
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Optional: honey or maple syrup for drizzling

1. Toast the bread
Lightly toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp. Set aside.
2. Sautรฉ the fruit
