🍫🌱 Instant cocoa ganache (Dairy-free & plant-based)
No cream? No problem. This luscious ganache comes together with hot water, cocoa, and almond butter, no cooking, no waiting. Just a spoon and a little plant-based alchemy.
📝 Ingredients
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-processed) 
- 50–60 ml hot water 
- 2 tbsp natural almond butter (unsweetened, creamy) 
- Pinch of salt (optional) 
- Maple syrup or honey to taste (optional) 
🍳 Instructions
1. Bloom the cocoa
- In a small bowl, whisk the cocoa with the hot water until completely dissolved and silky. You want a smooth, dark paste, this builds the base of the flavor. 
2. Add the almond butter
- Stir in the almond butter and watch the magic happen: - As soon as you mix, the texture transforms, thickens, glistens, and becomes smooth like traditional ganache. 
- It’s pure chocolate sorcery, without any dairy. 
 
- Add a pinch of salt to deepen the flavor. 
3. Sweeten to taste
- Optional: Add a little maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter. Stir until glossy.
