🍳 Omelette To Go

Cheesy, crispy, and perfect for busy mornings

📝 Ingredients (makes 1 wrap)

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped herbs (like parsley or chives – optional)

  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1 medium flour tortilla

  • 1 tsp oil or butter

🔥 Instructions

  1. Make the Omelette
    • In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and herbs.

    • Heat a nonstick pan with a little oil or butter. Pour in the eggs and cook over medium heat until mostly set.

  2. Add Cheese + Tortilla
    • Sprinkle cheese on top of the omelette while it’s still slightly wet.

    • Immediately place the tortilla on top and press gently so the cheese melts and "glues" the tortilla to the eggs.

  3. Flip + Seal
    Carefully flip the whole thing so the tortilla side touches the pan.

    • Cook for 1 more minute until the tortilla gets golden and slightly crispy.

  4. Roll It Up
    • Slide it onto a plate, roll it like a wrap or burrito, and enjoy hot—or wrap it in foil and take it with you!

🌿 Kuisit Tip

Add sautéed veggies, ham, or avocado slices before rolling it up for a more filling version.
